Who we are

Acutecture ("we", "us") is a software consultancy registered in Ukraine. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and your rights over it. For any privacy question, contact us at [email protected].

Information we collect

Contact form: when you submit a contact or partnership form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide.

Analytics: we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, general location, device and browser type. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.

How and why we use it

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand and improve the site. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for marketing without your separate consent.

Cookies

We ask before setting analytics cookies. On your first visit you'll see a banner asking whether we can use Google Analytics; nothing is set until you accept, and you can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain. You can also opt out of Google Analytics globally using Google's browser add-on. We don't use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Service providers

We share data with the service providers that operate this site: Google (Analytics), and our hosting and email providers. We don't sell personal data to third parties.

How long we keep information

Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to and resolve your inquiry, then deleted. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention settings.

International transfers

Because we use Google Analytics and standard web hosting, some data may be processed outside Ukraine, including in the EU/EEA or the United States, under those providers' own safeguards.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any information you've submitted to us, at any time, by emailing [email protected].

Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top reflects the latest revision.
